It is because the house size is base on K size.(1K=1820mm)
For example, if the house size is 3K X 8K X3P (P=960mm)
House is size with be:{(3×1820)+160} x {(8×1820)+160)} x 3x960mm
That is 5620mm(W) x 14720mm(L) x 2880mm(H)

Why do we need to add 160mm?
It is because the house length and width two ends have steel structure frame that each end will increase 80mm, so two ends will be 160mm.
The K type prefab house main steel frame is making by C section steel, and it full use of the strengths of sandwich panel. The wall panel, the roof panel is fixed on the steel frame by bolts and screws.
